My Doula Work

I am a doula in the greater Chicago area and am training through DONA International. I have completed 24 hours of training in childbirth education and birth doula support through Rina Ríos. I worked from 2018 to 2020 a birth doula with the Institute for Family Health in New York City, and the past two years I have worked as a doula for families from vulnerable communities with Chicago Volunteer Doulas.

I believe that birth is one of the most powerful things a person can do and that birthing people have the right to feel safe and respected throughout the childbirth process. Doula work aligns with my commitment to helping people from all backgrounds and contexts understand their power and worth.

I support all reproductive health experiences (abortion, miscarriage, and birth) and all types of families.

I accept payment plans and scholarship clients! My doula services includes two prenatal visits, phone/text support from the time of hire, on call 24/7 from week 37-42, continuous labor support until 1-2 hours after baby is born, and one postpartum visit.
