About Me

Hi, I’m Elizabeth! I live in Atlanta with my cats (Phoebe and Bean), my dog (Mabel), my daughter (Eve), and my partner (Tucker).

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Creative writing, and I received my Master of Arts degree in International Educational Development at Columbia University where I researched the impact movement has on the social and emotional wellbeing of adolescent refugee girls. I now work as an advocacy writer in the prison reform space, and I am also a trained rape crisis counselor, doula, and yoga teacher.
